I see cult getting steamrolled in this - n1 they have 1/3 chance of recruitment failing, and hitting the samurai is instant death, not to mention the vig and mafia kills. but then, balancing cult setups are a pain in the ass
it doesn't look like cult will have a very large win rate. 5% at the most would be generous. The vigil doesn't seem to have much point since shooting has such a low chance of hitting mafia, maybe replace him with another blue?
