The plot happens 5 years later of the story VDLI. In the quaint town of Antivolt, The Miller was accepted into the mafia society for his long years of service in confusing the village. For his meritorious services, he was promoted to Godfather, giving him the powers to evade the suspicious eyes of the newly hired cop. Can the cop successfully find him or will the mafia successfully invade Antivolt?
