N1 - Ninja always leads kill! Loudmouth and watcher are present. Framer can frame or not, up to you but keep in mind loudmouth will out you.
D1 - Cops claims and nilla/framer ccs, watcher hides unless they can confirm who is mafia in the cops or even outside the cops. Nilla can choose not to cc so then they can act as if they are miller, though it'll be obvious they are not once it reaches 3 way.
