This game is a sprawling epic that takes place on the streets of Toronto. The all star village cast is comprised of a Lonely Villager who just wants his city and parties back, a Cop who is questioning his career, a retired cop who just cant seem to get out of the game, a watcher who was kicked out of the police force for drinking on the job, a hunters who are bros and an overworked electrician. But the mafia wants to see Toronto destroyed. They are lead by a Godfather (Al Pacino) who has the police department under his thumb.
