setup designed to discourage unoptimal play/behaviour in the current meta by making it significantly harder for town to win if PRs claim/dep shoots and for mafia to win if they suck at towntelling. just scumhunt.

Ninja is the more important mafia role.

Make sure ninja votes first so you can kill bombs.

If ninja gets lynched D1, you have no one to blame but urself for placing yourself in a terrible situation. PR hunt if you can, or NL and risk giving town an extra ML. If you end up in 4 way with 3 bombs you will have to survive 2 lynches to carry ur ninja partner.

Strongman should usually strongarm the kill n1. Hooker hook your PR read.

It's multi to discourage PRs claiming as PRs as the hooker/strongman can then proceed to just kill the PRs n1 if both PRs claim.

Deputy is a terrible swingy role in this setup. Shooting someone will have a super swingy result which is incredibly irritating. (Same effect as lynching someone -> Night kill)

Mafia are also ridiculously value different given that ninja being lynched day 1 is a game loss.

Apart from the irrelevancy/uselessness of the clears and the swinginess, it's a scumhunt setup so I guess it's cool.

That's the point lol, both mafia and town have options, the unoptimal and the optimal. This setup is trying to fix the meta thats dominated by PRs leading and mafia coasting. If Ninja is lynched d1, Hooker/Strongman can still PR hunt or survive 2 lynches as punishment for their partner getting lynched d1.
