Except he never left any game I joined. And if he really didn't want to play with me, he would leave. At least once. He was using this as ammo to try to get me a violation, it's abusing the system.

Mikey, regardless if he is actually offended or not, he clearly didn't want to play with you and left solely because you were there. It was also fancy pants and those setups take 2 minutes to fill at most. You didn't have to follow packidy into a new game.

Forget packidy though, Winner said in his vio against me that it didn't matter if packidy was really offended by anything - that I had been warned to not play with packidy. That's not true.

packidy posts a lot of pictures of me joining his rooms but he doesn't have ANY pictures of me saying anything rude or offensive to him. The mod reaction should be "suck it up packidy, he's not doing anything to you". packidy hasn't left a single game that I've joined, even when there were minutes of waiting time. He's never left and I've never followed him. I don't play against him, either. I play fair, since my ratio is more important than him.

Nobody said I couldn't join his games. Winner, you're saying that I don't like playing with packidy. That's false. I don't care either way. I see an open room that is almost full and I join. I don't care who the host is, or if they like me.

Yeah you said your violation yourself. Don't join his games. If he creates a game then don't join it. I'm not sure how many times you want me to rephrase that. Cody said that he'd issue a harassment vio but I call it how I see it. Why would you join someones game if you don't like playing with them? You searched for trouble and here is your consequence.

Sorry, didn't mean to hit enter. My cat is in the way. Anyway, Winner admits to not looking into the report he's vio'ing me on. I wasn't warned to stop playing in packidy's games. Also, read any of our games together, I never say anything to him that isn't game related, and definitely nothing negative or harass'y. I even told him once that if he didn't want to play with me he could leave, and instead he stayed so he could add another screencap of me playing with him as "proof" that I'm harassing him. I don't care about him, I don't talk about him. What is my violation, playing Epic Mafia with someone who doesn't like me?
