Isn't it about now that CocoonMan claims doc, Coocoon proceeds to claim doc [as a joke]. Nothing he did this game qualifies as gamethrowing, following box-play and voting in cop claims every day isn't an applied rule. He was persistent about voting Lashka the entire day (if he was throwing he would have just flipped around not cared about the outcome). Suggesting an orc lynch to confirm a clear/mafia isn't a gamethrowing strategy either. Cocoon was clearly playing to win here.

Thank you AlienC... you're quite clever and I appreciate that you don't stand by idly allowing made up reports and poor admins to get away with needless vios.

I agree with Bronto too. I also think there was a sincere attempt to win. I am not really fond of the tunneling but imo not enough for a trolling violation either. So I vote to OT it to No Vio as well.

Cocoon was the one who split the vote by voting Lashka instead of either cop. I think there was a sincere attempt to win here, after more careful review, I wouldn't call it a throw. You could make the argument that he was trolling by splitting the votes and tunneling Lashka. I think this could be OT'd to a No Vio and just be deemed bad play. The forced NL didn't cause the town to lose as they lynched the cop anyway the next day anyway.

All right, I looked it over again. I missed what instigated the doc claim, saw he was doctor and thought he was actually trying to lead day 1. I should have read more thoroughly. I still think he was trolling with the oracle lynch suggestion as well as his attitude towards the game, so I am going to do what I would normally do when unsure and consult another moderator.

I said he contributed to the forced NL. Anyway, I reread this game and am definitely removing the gamethrowing violation (and lobby ban). My original conclusion was that he trolled and I'm going to reconsider that.

Also you said that he forced NL, which was actually PantsPartyy [Mafia]'s doing. I'm pretty sure if Pants was town Cocoon wouldn't have been reported here.
