APPEAL http://www.epicmafia.com/report/81003 I feel like I need to appeal a report every other week.. This is getting too repetitive , I don't care about the redfoo vio because that kid is a fucking retard anyways. However me calling someone a retard is what I do every single game, you cannot find me a single game played by me where I don't call someone retarded. I ate as town and calling people retarded is part of my ate, (based on slurs/comments against race, sexual orientation, religion or other similar personal circumstances. More likely to issue the violation if a person being abused has asked the offender or others in the game or thread to cease.)

At no part during the game did he ask me to stop calling him a retard because he knew I was obvious town during that game and he was being a retard.
Also, giving competitive lobby players violations like this for stupid shit is what is ruining the community, it is called COMPETITIVE for a reason; the games are more intense and emotions are higher. If you can't take the heat get the fuck outta the kitchen........... SPEECH'D

vote to overturn to no violation. the hateful comments violation isn't minor harassment and isn't applied when someone has been mean to someone else but not mean enough to warrant an harassment violation.

First off, let's take a closer look at the Hateful Comments rule: "More likely to issue the violation if a person being abused has asked the offender or others in the game or thread to cease." 'More likely to issue' doesn't mean that the moderators won't give it if the abused doesn't ask. Secondly, you were very rude in both of those games, and you definitely need to tone it down. You aren't above the law. If I, or any other moderator or admin, tell you that you need to tone it down, then you need to tone it down. Just because you do this in most of the games you play doesn't mean that I'll hesitate to give a violation to you when I feel that you went over the line; the rules aren't going to adapt to you. Also, you're one violation away from being Lobby Banned, so you really should be careful. As for what you said about what's ruining the community, I will not comment on that.
