I believe Mike when he says he was still offended at the time of the insults. They are in no way warranted, but with your history of back-and-forth insulting, a harassment violation would be a bit too much and not in accordance to precedence (exceptions are fine sometimes, but this would be too far). The note is a warning. Satan has stopped with the insults, so Mike, should you ever insult him again, I wouldn't hesitate giving you the harassment violation.
He insulted me the day I first brought up the rumor, three days before this report. He insulted me so I was complaining about it in the skype chat and learned about it. He he hadn't insulted me I wouldn't even know about it.

I'd like a final question answered before I decide, sorry. When was the last time Satan insulted you, Mike? If it was in the Does God Exist thread, could you tell me when that was?
And how is "I didn't want to get a thread spam violation" a "reason" for deleting a 100+ page topic you intentionally created a new topic for over a month after its creation? Regardless you don't get to say that I can't assume your motives when this report is you making false accusation after false accusation in hopes of me getting a violation. I don't understand how you rationalize telling the mods to ignore the fact that they're aware that you spent most of last year insulting me simply because it's taken me this long to offend you in a similar fashion.
There's no correlation between me reporting you and you spending most of last year harassing me. Your mistake is confusing being mocked with intent to harass. There is literally only one aspect of this report in consideration and it's an aspect you disregarded until it was obvious that it was the only thing left for discussion.
Furthermore throughout this whole situation, you have been acting like you know my motives. You really don't apparently since you were wrong every single time. "You made this thread because of me", "you deleted that thread because you wanted to delete evidence". You need to understand that not everything is about you. I deleted that thread for the exact reason i posted. I made that thread for the exact reason i posted. Please stop trying to read between the lines.
Yes, my excuse for deleting the thread is because I didn't want a thread spamming violation. Why didn't you report the thread when it was around? My point is, if you didn't report it as harassment, it obviously didn't offend you to the point of reporting me. I reported you right when you provided proof for the intent of insulting me and thus harassing me. What part of this don't you get? You can look back and say "oh i was offended" but if you REALLY were offended you would have reported it.

In me taking jabs at you about the rumor I was quoting specific instances of you mentioning it and throwing it in your face, just like how you felt the need to quote something I said, and throw it in my face over the course of the past year. My retaliation towards your behavior is not harassment nor is it irrelevant because without you, this report wouldn't be here in the first place.

In the report, I stated that you harassed me in the thread, posted the thread link so they could see what you have said, and proved with the puush link that you meant to insult me, and it wasn't a "joke". I'm not deflecting anything. This report is on you, not on me. Fact of the matter is, sure I insulted you, whatever. It doesn't warrant this. I don't see you insulting anyone else to this degree that has done far worse than I have to you. I'm acting out of spite because I took offense to your comments. You're "deflecting" from the fact that you've spent most of the past year calling me a retard or some other insult along with taking pleasure in bashing my religion the original thread you deleted for no reason at all. Find me a judge who's going to take a case where the core of your original complaint is that I was mocking a thread you made on an internet forum. I would feel apologetic if you had reported me for calling you a pedophile, but you didn't; and everything you're doing in this report makes it clear you're acting out of spite regardless of whether you're genuinely offended by what I said or not.
Therein lies your problem. You claim i'm not unapologetic. What was that thread then? If you expect a grand apology from me to you specifically get in line. I made that thread so I didn't have to go from person to person to apologize. Secondly, were this in the real world, I could sue you for defamation of character. Satan's original complaint was that I said "I'd rather just insult you". When he saw that this was open due to me calling him a pedophile his arguments shifted to how offended he was that I brought it up and how victimized he felt despite not feeling the need to mention it in any thread I posted the comment in, in this report, or before it was brought up by Laexio. He then tries to justify his treatment of me by saying I should have reported it instead of mentioning it now that he wants to report me.
Satan why does it matter that I didn't report you for following me around on the forums and insulting me? My comments were a direct result of me finally having something I could say in response to your behavior towards me. Rondar like I told Laexio, if my intent was to label him a pedophile, I wouldn't have just taken jabs at him given the oporitunity of the subject.It never moved beyond that. Giving me a violation for 3/4 instances would be messed up considering he treated me in the same manner for most of 2012.

I'll tell you where I am on this thus far, and would like to hear your responses while I mull it over. First of all, implying/stating someone is a pedophile on multiple occasions most definitely justifies harassment on it's own, Mike. No questioning that, even if you were only joking. The only valid argument against the violation (and the only reason I haven't slapped it on yet) is that you do have a history of slandering Mike's beliefs and calling him 'retarded', Satan. But the thread shows that you apologizing and that you most likely regret those insults. Figuring out who 'started' is impossible, so I'm leaving that out of the equation entirely. Until this is dealt with, and I recommend afterwards too, I'd like you to forum block each other to avoid further conflict.
Your argument that I deleted it to delete the examples of me insulting you is flawed, as I deleted it well before you harassed me. I didn't delete it for any other reason then posted in the first puush in this comment. Thanks.
