So I read this game out of curiosity, and you can't seriously establish the requirement for intent to play against your win condition here. Fake claiming is not gting. they like were gone a lot of the day, but they retracted the claim when they were back. They then reclaimed but it was because they thought that the sheriff was janned (15:51), and they immediately claimed caroler again because they thought that sheriff was janned, and this would protect the caroler. They did not even say who they caroled, because they were not really ccing there. Finally, everyone knows that the hooker is not ever in day1 ccs, and you shoot in blues and not in carol ccs day1...the sheriff was the one that messed up here by not shooting in blues for the hooker. also you could argue that this is isp, because the sheriff did claim and real did not seem to know this, but I assume that it was just getting late and they did not believe the claim because he refused to shoot and the fact that nothing was cced so a pr is likely dead....

"we could not see what happened" means that you have no clue what happened in that game. I ask that you refrain from slandering individuals without proof :)

also, holden is his own person - he can defend himself if he'd like ^^

he retracted BUT THEN HE CLAIMED CAROLER AGAIN and pushed the sheriff to shoot, when the only cc was between him and the caroler. please read the game, thanks :)

if you really think what he did was to help the town, please point out where he asked the sheriff not to shoot between caroler ccs. otherwise he was pushing a player to shoot in a situation where nomatter what, a town dies. this is very anti town

i just noticed that they were still voting the clear sheriff after the shot, which could have forced nl.

Still they have not played for 4 months so you should give them a benefit of doubt here and note it at best.

their vio 1 is about to expire and they even confessed to throwing, but they deny it here

the vio 2 should never have been given because the game was broken and we could not see what happened. sadly there was a corrupt admin then though and he was giving vios to help mods running in spite of even being able to see the game. i believe it was to help ally to, and you can see that ally just hates this player in general and nothing was maybe done in that game.

dude mw295. His defense was correct. he did do exactly what he said. he cced caroler and retracted when he was cced

you said yourself that he pushed on the sheriff, because he thought that it was dead.

ccing when the sheriff is dead is towny, it can result in you getting hooked or killed instead of the caroler. his play was optimal for sheriff being dead, which he clearly though.

also i said before, but everyone knows that you never shoot in carol ccs day1 unless like 1 is naked mafia or something...sheriff messed up here. bad plays do not = intent to gt

i realised caroler was banned and never outright hard claimed, mafia wasn't ccing so i was like it ill claim caroler until I'm cced


In the game, he saw caroler out, retracted, then reclaimed and pushed the sheriff to shoot:

Shows me that his defense on the original report was bs, and he clearly just wanted to get a town shot here. But nice to see you're back and taking an interest in my reports :)

bad play is not gting. it is a bad play. trying to save the caroler because you think that the sheriff is dead and they should not out is not playing against your condition obviously
