DoctorKotina, you caused a loss due to lack of game related effort and chose to spite town by making that statement. If you had chosen not to say that line, then it would have been likely that Penderecki would have been inclined to believe you were miller.

I will comment on DoctorKotina's 3 premises.

1) can certainly be true, however this does not justify a no-vio since vios are based off of actions and not intent.

2) you were objectively not-obvious town since you were BWed d1.

3) even if you did claim mafia when lynch "wasn't changing" this has nothing to do with the negative impact which your action of claiming mafia has caused.

So even if all 3 of your premises were true, you are still guilty of a vio.

1) i didnt see the miller there (i never do that with miller)

2) i was obv town (not fishing etc.)

3) i only claimed maf when the lynch was set and wasnt changing

DoctorKotina Flipped miller this game, and at the end of our ML d1 he claimed mafia. This caused a ML in d2 into town loss.
