Reporting for mod abuse -- https://i.imgur.com/iiXH7VT.png Not only did Ally sustain my 4th trolling vio within the hour, without consulting any other mods, but she also sustained my other appeals and even threatened to give me a vio for using the appeal system! This is in addition to the fact that she maliciously used her mod powers to give me a "trolling" vio in the first place (https://epicmafia.com/report/251781) instead of a gamethrowing vio. If the report was accurate and I "refused to play the game" (not true), it would've earned a gamethrowing vio, not a trolling one. Ally sneakily gave me a trolling vio knowing that I already had 3 unwarranted trolling vios that I wasn't allowed to appeal because of the ludicrous 7 days rule. It was a calculated and unprofessional ruling designed to have me banned because of our personal differences, not an honest application of moderator justice. Please give this moderator a warning and retract my 4th trolling vio immediately.

i cant read the game, but at least one of the vios was hipfire, which should not be included with trolling i think as its totally different

mods should not be so eager to just ban good players like this. you need all the players that you can get. its just one less player to play games

Oh you definitely need to consult other mods when YOU give a vio and the vio gets appealed. I'm not even a mod and I know this hahaha.

And really, you asked charley for her opinion and she told you to give me the ONE specific vio that would get me banned? Shocker. This is even when (if you think the report was legit), it would've clearly been gamethrowing, which I have zero vios for.

And no, I wouldn't have had eight vios anyway. The fact it was trolling was what got me a ban.

Do you need to go back to school? Nice blatant lie you were just caught in. How far you're willing to go to make me use a VPN is just sad.

you're also not properly using the appeal system, you were told that you cannot appeal those reports and are going to continue to file frivolous reports, ergo, report spam.

i'm not required to consult any other mods on any appeals but especially not appeals that are out of the 7 day range

any mod can verify that i asked for an opinion on that report in the mod chat and was recommended trolling.

you also had 8 vios regardless so the type of vio did not matter.

I agree Rainy, the fact I'm singled out and harassed my charley and her cronies because I don't suck up to them is sick. I literally got banned over nothing, and this is just further proof they're trying to take over the site and only have people THEY like playing Mafia.
