this is either a vio or its not. if it does dq me then it does, but you should not just delete this vio because it throws me out of the round. i do not think it should be a vio for the reasons in my original report over a week ago. i think the 2nd report even more so than this should be a nv. however, i dont want this bs that you think its a vio but dont want to dq me so changing it...stop the bs dude really

from what i understand his explanation is this:

its barely going over the line, and since its so close to going over the line, hes okay with removing it because its harsh to give you a suspension for something so close to being okay

that being said, it should be switched, i think you deserved the spamming vio more than the trolling vio

rules are rules. did i break the rules? if your mod had been reported for both of these, what would the verdict be? be fair and be just. dont go overthrowing things so you can just avoid dqing me and the drama of that though....
