Sandbox games are not moderated. "Trolling" (ie. low contrast colors) is under the Game Violations rules which is only for ranked games. I do not enter Main lobby. I should not have received a vio in the first place.

Volta knows this and has made numerous outlandish claims and is wasting everyone's time.
