So I think feenikss actually did forget about it, and just randomly picked someone. It's also pretty believeable since the only instance of dimmy hardclaiming bomb was above. No other instances of his hardclaiming it appear, except for a softclaim on D1.
Regardless, this was mechanically autowin for mafia, and should be refunded IMO.
