What is this, multi-accounting or something? Whether or not (they) are cheating: two users with the exact same name, text color, icon, etc. is highly disruptive in a ranked game.
I'm aware this has been reported many times and received no violation... but why? How can you correctly vote when two people have the same name? It's obnoxious and serves no benefit outside of trolling ranked games.
