According to the rules page IC is "Posting content anywhere on the site that could be considered derogatory, vulgar, or slanderous" and according to Google the definition of vulgar is "making explicit and offensive reference to sex or bodily functions; coarse and rude". Synonyms for vulgar include "indecent, distasteful, pornographic" and I'd argue that the gifs and videos he posts are all of those. He's fully aware that what he's doing is against the rules because he deletes his gifs so that they can't be used as evidence against him, as evidenced by the comments here -https://i.gyazo.com/3560ef02fb6d5c6d79d903b4075ba344.png (note that this screenshot was taken a few weeks ago but is still relevant) - I'm assuming he had posted a comment that was between UsernamePending's comment and MFahim's. Along with the gifs of men kissing he has posted worse, and the mod team know it but are disingenuous about it. Ban this guy or let people opt out of seeing his posts.
