This isn't GT because the player didn't intentionally play against his win con. He made a critical error while showing substantial effort during the game.
LilStrange seems like a new player so I'll just note this for future reference.

OT to ISP via negligence, his comments on there being no intent is completely correct, but the fault does lie on Lilstrange for not outting that.

An OT to a note may also be fitting here.

So I'll vote an OT to ISP and if someone thinks a note for ISP is more worthy that'll fly too.
