ISP. Didn't do sh'it all game until last day. Made himself impossible to read. His ISP was pivotal in mafia's win and therefore classifies this as a refund. His sh'ittier effort on the last day does not make this play acceptable.
Final statement
ISP 1st, I think it's fairly clear that you were there, and you need to talk even if you have nothing to say. Please pay more attention when you join competitive games :)

i've had worse games not refunded.. so this is nowhere even close to being a refund
