Posts Vocaroo in various games. This is considered OGI because he purposly links outside to the game and make people listen to his Vocaroo's. This means he Talks outside the game and not Inside it by using third sites. It is the same as skyping them on skype just to tell them something.

this might just be a candidate for worst report of the year. didnt even link any games LOL. also linking to vocaroo isnt the same as cheating.. on skype.. what? if you link a vocaroo, everyone can hear it.. how is that remotely comparable to cheating on skype where only the person youre talking to can read what you say
