You shot without asking for a claim which IS hipfiring and you gave him 5 seconds to possibly CC journalist which is not enough time regardless of your intent to win you cannot just shoot that way

hipfired? i shot in blues to get lawyer, then i lynched the "journalist" who claimed after the first journalist claimed.
