I don't think the images he posted fully qualify for X-rated even though they are very borderline. You were asked to stop multiple times and although people can mute you, people who are just arriving in chat will see the links you're posting and click them by accident. I'm going to give this a note for IC and a 48 hour timeout for sandbox lobby chat.
