There are a few issues with this. 1. We had decided that sandbox isn't moderated for spam. Why is a site mod handling a report for sandbox that isn't going to get a vio regardless? 2. Report needs to be filed correctly for hc for this to get an hc vio. 3. Magyarmester told dourada to kill themselves. If you're going to give vios for things that weren't actually reported, where's the vio for that?
