This isn't for this specific report, rather for liln's old account in which he deleted, he told me he only had 1 HC vio on it, although i am skeptical i'll work with him & give him this HC. If liln self deletes without informing a mod again you can reference my lower post.

also liln you have 24 hours to find the two hc vios you have because i do remember you getting them, if you're going to delete your account and remake you need to inform a mod. if you can't find the reports i'm putting back 2 hc vios & they'll expire 6 days from today, deleting and remaking will result in you getting a bypassing vio & subsequent lobby ban

This is the same user as lilinknowsbest. If you search for my most recent report against him, he already got a HC violation. He has been deleting accounts each time he got a vio. This would not be his third.
