after terrorist used bomb used the phrase "allahu ackbar". mostly its just insensitive, but maybe we ought to change the name of the terrorist because islamophobes use this phrase all the time.
using that phrase or any aramaic or arabic language in junction with terrorist is racist. any phrasing which implies that the terrorist role is middle eastern or muslim is playing off a stereotype of middle eastern and muslim people as terrorists.
as a middle eastern person i seriously struggle when people do this (because people on this site only say allahu ackbar directly before, during, or after the terrorist bombs) since it is essentially calling middle eastern people terrorists. as someone who has been called a terrorist and who has threatened for disclosing my middle eastern heritage i do not find it funny when people do this. i find it racist.
also sandbox is not a place where you can just be a racist, sexist, homophobic piece of trash and expect no consequence.
Allahu Akbar (Arabic: الله أكبر) is an Islamic phrase, called Takbir in Arabic, meaning "God is greater" or "God is [the] greatest".
Explain where the vio or note reason. BabaCakes isn't at fault, media portrays it as some gimmick phrase used to stereotype extremists. Unless stating my religious beliefs is a violation when used in conjunction with contextual action that occurred before it, I think this should be closed.
