[APPEAL] Let me quote to you the exact rule for spamming "Repeatedly sending the same message and/or chat flooding. Includes vote spamming. In extreme cases, if someone has received ample warning, and gameplay is disrupted across several games, a violation may be given for unranked Main Lobby games." Now, first of all the game ended up being unranked. Second, you waited 3 days later for a game that you weren't even in to report me. No one in the game thought that my spamming was disruptive enough to warrant a violation. If they would have said I was disrupting them, then I would have stopped, but I was never given a warning by any of them to stop. Also, MichaelScot was clearly spamming as well, and was not given a violation for it. Why was I singled out here? Especially like I said, no one in the game told me to stop, and I did not think I was distrupting the game. I see people do this ALL the time in games and never get reported at all. So why did you go back to a game from 3 days ago that you were not in and report me for spamming? Especially when someone else spammed and were not reported, and no one in the game said my spamming was disrupting them. If no one in the game thought what I was doing was too much, then I don't see why I was reported here for this and this should be overturned.

This is awful. No one in the game thought I was disruptive and the rules should be changed. Ridiculous that i'll have a Vio for 3 months for this.

Also, your first spamming violation is a warning and not a suspension, so there really is no reason to give a note here.

There is a reason why he was reported because he was doing it to be annoying and just saying one thing over and over, and I wasn't. Because he obviously saw I was actually just trying to get my point across. Again, I could have done so in a better way in hindsight. But, a VIO is too much for this, imo.

mafia is robert/nore gg sheep my reads tomorrow" He didn't change his words at all. That's all he said. OVER and OVER again. THAT is spamming unnecessarily. My "spam" was saying a few different phrases to get my point across. If you can't see the difference between spamming something and refusing to change your read and saying something to get your point across because the chat is moving fast and people aren't voting, then idk man.

I see people do this all the time in games. And when someone tells them they are being annoying or to stop before they report, they stop. I was never given that opportunity. And I'm being given a VIO for this? Not even a Note to say do not do this again? But an actual VIO for spamming? Seriously?? I just don't understand why a VIO was necessary here. Also, you're comparing spamming to gamethrowing. Which obviously was not my intent. I was not spamming one thing OVER and OVER again. It was different sentences to get my point across. Yes, I could have done it differently. But, I reported Nore in the last game me and him were in and I thought he was trolling again. So I got annoyed at him and carried away. But, not something that I believe was VIO worthy.

But, NO one in the game said my spamming was a problem. Had someone said my spamming was a problem, I would have stopped. That game was chaos anyway. If someone says to stop spamming, I would have done so immediately. No one had a problem with my spamming. Also the "gamethrowing" analagy you made doesn't make sense because gamethrowing affects the game. My spamming did not effect the game, nor did I intend to do it to troll/annoy/disrupt the game. I was just trying to get my point across to someone who was slowrolling and not voting. See, if I would have got a note for this, I would have understand. But, getting Vio for this right away? Really? When no one in the game said it was an issue? In a comp game where things get heated? This would be my first violation and if it's something like this I am very disappointed. Like I said, my spamming had no effect on the game itself and it's not as though I was spamming to annoy. This should still be overturned for those reasons.

You spammed while the game was ranked. Saying "The game went unranked so I shouldn't get a violation" is like saying someone who threw in a game that went unranked after the fact shouldn't get a violation because it went unranked

MichaelScot was already reported https://epicmafia.com/report/150612 - While reading the game I saw you spam too and thus I applied the violation. Nobody was singled out here.

You weren't singled out either someone else in the game was reported for it and I saw you doing it too. When I see rules broken and no one is reported for them I give violations. I do it a lot for Hateful Comments and for Spamming if tons of people spammed and only one is reported because it isn't fair

I'll repeat this again. MichaelScot was also spamming and was not reported. So I should not be singled out. Especially when no one in game warned me to stop. This should be overturned.

Furthermore, this was not an extreme case. Like I stated numerous times, no one in the game said that my spamming was over the line, so I don't see how you should have an issue with it. I was not given an ample warning as the site rule suggests, so this violation should be taken away. I have never been reported for spam in ANY of my past games before, so this isn't like a recurring thing. More reason as to why this random violation should not be given. Again, I want to know why you decided to go to a game 3 days ago to report me for spam when no one in the game itself told me my spamming was disrupting them.
