Caroline, despite what's been linked, Apostasy doesn't have a history of personal & severe insults/attacks directed towards you on the forums. The comment that prompted your report isn't severe enough to qualify as harassment (without a significant history).

I mean, accusing us of going easy on this report, because it's apostasy isnt really supported by recent history. Also, yes, there are some things that when said will receive a harassment vio. But that's typically for things like legitimate death threats or telling someone they should kill themselves. A tongue in cheek death threat is not enough to warrant a harassment vio (by itself)

except my comment was directed at slow and slow took it up with me sonseray just saw a shot to say something unneeded about me. but you're literally setting a precendent that "just because he wished caroline was murdered and he only said it one time it was okay and he can wish death upon others as long as he doesnt wish it upon them again" literally if this was anyone else he would get the vio but because it's me and me and him have gone at it before it's no vio'd. this is actually bs cuz it was unprovoked and a highly despicable comment that should be moderated pretty highly instead of "oh not enough for a violation bc he only said it once" the rules clearly state repeated/severe attacks which means either or not both. and his comment was very severe and im obviously very highly offended by it. you mods are literally scared of the backlash that would come if sonseray got a vio

ya, but you know how the forums go. People roam in pacts. If you attack a cub, the mother lion is going to do something about it. I just dont see this as apostasy purposely targeting you. And you cant ask someone on the forums to stop talking to you, and then expect them to ignore you when youre saying confrontational things in a discussion theyre in.

but telling him to leave me alone and not mention my name one or two(?) days ago proving i don't want him talking to me or saying stuff about me no matter how severe it is or isnt should be enough to let him know i don't wanna be bothered and what kinda sick person says what he said gets away with it? that makes no legit sense

Im not going to sustain this right away. But the OP complaint about the killing you was clearly tongue and cheek and it's not enough by itself to warrant a harassment violation. And regarding the other stuff you posted: It's not just him needlessly attacking you. You were in arguments with other people or apos himself and apos simply threw a slide remark your way.

also considering the fact it was a)unprovoked and b)i've told him before and just a few days ago to leave me alone and keep my name out of his mouth, i've proven i don't like any of the remarks he makes towards me how many times does someone need to be told to leave someone alone before he actually gets harassment. this rule is broken and the mods are terrible
