This is definitely ISP, but I'm choosing not to refund. I think there was a very high chance the town would have lost regardless of Akira's gameplay. Sorry.

akira is deserving of this report...I however am not. it's a shame people are so fast to report everything when a game doesn't go their way (look at his last comment in this report in his parenthesis)
