this isn't harassment v

This gave me a headache, and I had no idea what to do with it. I'm deciding that you should save your downvotes for something seriously bad and something trollish/nessecary to downvote. Don't use them liberally, as it can constitute harassment or be perceived as such. However, I'm not giving out any vios or warnings for this one. Final decision.

Okay, I'm going to ask that the comments stop now. I'm going to investigate this on a one-on-one level with both sides. If any comments happen to get posted after this unknowingly, you don't need to delete it, but don't post anything intentionally more here.

You call five days ago a "long time ago"? They dislike your comments five days ago, and they dislike them now. You aren't providing any evidence that I'm doing a constant dislike spree, which, if I did, who cares? If I don't like your comments or find them funny in any regard, why is that such a reason to try to file a report?

Because most of them were a long time ago and reporting them for it now would be pointless, when you do it constantly.

Which, if I may add, you're trying to make me look like I'm the only one not liking your comments to paint me as a a hate-filled user only looking to dislike your comments. There's a good amount of users that dislike your comments too (Mary MasterMaidKomaeda NanamiChiyakuu Kujo Hagakure), so apparently THEY aren't harassing too?

You've dislike literally almost everything I posted within the past month. MMK's only disliked one thing. Stop using others' single-time actions to justify your multiple-time actions.

Like I think everyone can look at the lobby comments and see that not everything you posted was disliked by me, and hell, you get disliked by an assortment of users (MasterMaidKomaeda disliked a single taken check box meme you said, they must TOTALLY something harassing you). I take this as paranoia that since I disliked a lot of things you said, I must be disliking the hell out of you and harassing you.

You don't have significant proof to say that I downvote you because I dislike you, and I don't dislike EVERYTHING you say. If I don't like what you said, regardless of what you say, I'm allowed to dislike it; it's why the dislike button is there in the first place.

You literally downvote me specifically because you dislike me. You downvote almost EVERYTHING I post, even if it wasn't even a joke. You downvoted me apologizing for vegging in a game.

I'm not the only one voting this guy down a lot too just because I don't find what he says funny. From the comments I've seen Kujo and Hagakure also downvoted him too, so really it's just a matter of I and other people dislike comments you put up sometimes and it's really something that isn't worthy of a punishment? It's like saying that because you said you hated a Youtube video you get a 12 hour ban; I really just think this is non-punishable.

im pretty sure this isnt even a reasonable offensive in the first place? its not harassment if i downvote your comments; this is ridiculous and you're so blind with this idea that i strongly dislike you that you have to go and report me? over downvoting comments?
