Because if you no yak n1... then during the day, they just have BP claims. And yak almost ALWAYS CC's BPs... and usually they can clear one through a NV or a hit or whatever. Or yaks can CC a different role... but it's risky with all the ways to clear a townie. And if they lynch correctly and you didn't yak... it's almost an auto win for town. Even if they lynch wrong and tracker tracks you... it's still almost a town auto win. All in all, it's best just to both yak n1.

It really depends on the day. If it's lylo - yes. If it's mylo - no. I'm assuming you're talking about the blue/cop/doc/mafia setup. Typically, you NL on the first day in that setup. (Honestly, it doesn't make a huge difference either way... either way, if you lynch wrong, you still lose).
