Jailkeep doesn't block non-visiting roles, but Drunk does despite similar description.
Jailkeep: That player will be locked in his/her house, untargettable, and also whose actions for the night are blocked
Drunk: Any role that it visits will be role blocked.
Role block vs action block. Role block blocks the role, fully. Action means if it's a passive sort of thing you do at night that's part of your role (watching others talk as invisible man etc) then perhaps it carries through from the day or something, I don't know. I think it's to also prevent that if a person used key, they don't get a key-refund because jailer jailed them etc.
