also lmao the thing about astrology is that it always gives general sets of characteristics that can be applied to literally anybody, but there are no real superlatives associated with it, such as there is no sign that is supposed to be the smartest.
also people use this "application to everybody" and they end up contradicting each other. like the only SOLID zodiac sign remarks that i have heard from every source is that leos are controlling, and geminis are two-faced (even though this is literally an entire religious view that there is a face that you have for the public, face you have for your friends, and face that you have for yourself, and this ideology has been proven in psychology).
anyways, big point here is that the zodiac signs, although they are brought about from old legends, they are ultimately forged just to get people to self-analyze while also being relatable and vague as humanly possible. these two reasons for it make it ultimately a contradictory process and in my eyes just highlights the fact that humans albeit different in many lights are all the same in the fundamental aspects of internal and external qualities.
