calling out lucid on site bans

Dear Lucid,

The whole concept of site bans need fixed. As you know, I was site banned because I was very sick at the time and harming myself and this was stressing people here. I am again sorry for what happened from my side there, but we need to discuss site bans now.

I was banned with no end date and no vio causing a ban. i was literally blocked from contacting everyone on the site, and I could not even contact the admins off or on the site to discuss this situation. I had no way literally to ask the admins about it, without making an account to do this. then i would have to play several games, which was against the rules to even be able to write the admin. then they would not reply and instant site ban me and i would have to do it again. This whole thing worsened my relationship with the site administration for really no reason this is really not right!!!

a few points:

  1. people should not be site banned with no realistic end date/ no end date at all

  2. people should not be site banned to the extent that they are now. i disagree with site banning for like slurs for example for so long. they should be able to still login and contact like the admins/mods at minimum

  3. site banned people should still be able to contact admins/mods about the ban without the fear of getting vios/extensions for doing so. People should not have to play 5 games to send a mail for this same reason

  4. all banned people should be able to appeal a report, especially ones that get them banned or make the situation worse for them!

Finally you want to make em less toxic clearly, but this needs to start with your own administration. they treat "banned players" like they are not even people at all.

additionally, my situation was not handled well at all. I agree that I should have been banned for a bit, as i was a harm to myself then and this site was making it worse. the leadership here though should have treated me nicer though and been more supportive during a bad time in my life. they could not even tell after 6months if i was like depressed or not, because they would not even have a conversation with me and would like instant ban any account i even made to contact them about an unban.......

this is a serious topic and I will mute you for any crap at all

i actually left your accounts unbanned until you started to bypass and play games on the accounts

I was deleting my threads, but this needs bumped. this needs fixed and not ignored!
