Im happy to show proof of notice from my internet service provider that for the last three days my internet is spiking off and on at random times that I cannot control. They have been proactive in monitoring the situation before these GRS vios were given which I can show proof for.

Was given a three month ban off the bat.. which I think is quite harsh.

First of all, you don't have to make a complaints thread while your appeal is still IP. You appeal and if that appeal is sustained then you can make a thread about it. Please post this proof on your appeal.
