Clown doesn't work on turncoat

Clown visit didn't convert the turncoat to a traitor, even though Clown is sided with the mafia. Instead, clown killed the turncoat. Bug?

Petition to change turncoat mechanics to turn when clown hits them. This will lead to more interesting clown setups

Turncoat is converted into traitor only when decided to be killed in Mafia Meeting. Other killing meetings don't apply.
