when the wrong person is reported the correct action to take is closing the report and telling the reporter to refile on the correct user, NOT give a vio to someone who wasn't even in the game

anyway back to the point .. jess refunded a game with multiple runners in it, told shini n others that she wasn't the one who refunded it before being force logged out .. why else did u force her log her out with the caption "i got u" then she hides the report by modding others??
also she commented on the report and in game she vegged so clearly she's dodging it...
