FTR he doesn't deserve an ogi vio - i was just pointing out how bad whitepimp's reasons for the verdict were especially considering what he was posting 24 hours before about me deserving an ogi vio

ho li fuk. I told you not to make any threads. Wtf are you doing?
I had no idea retti was still this pathetic. Why would you morons mod a freaking terrible idiot. Shouldnt be a surprise though. They mod people like petri, arcbell, poser, whitepimp.
Oh c'mon, is that really all that happened? Someone saying 'you should be shamed on the forums if you lynch wrong when you lynch outside'? That's just a little ATE. Not the most classy variant (we all know 'go self delete if you mishammer!!' is way classier), but vio'ing a little line like that is, imo very unnecessary.
You asked me to lynch confirmed mafia instead of lynching outsid. When I didnt agree you said that I would lynch wrong and I should be shamed on forums if I lynched wrong while attempting to lynch outside.
Intent- to make pranay lynch confirmed so that you can win on 3 way no clear with noobs
Ogi- threatening to shame on forums if pranay lynches wrong while lynching outside. You were claiming town and you implied not to lynch you.

Where is the bribe/threat? It is a harmless little sidebet clearly with no intent to influence the votes =)
It's just how I tend to moderate, I suppose. I give leniency to most people, regardless of status, unless it is blatantly clear that something they were doing is gamethrowing, OGI, etc. I don't see this as clear-cut OGI honestly; I think it's noteworthy at the least, and if other moderators wanted to give this a violation I wouldn't oppose it. But I think that even moderators can make mistakes in their actions, and in game, and shouldn't be forced into the harshest punishment immediately because of their status.
Why be lenient on gritt? We are lenient on new players. Players who don't know rules. First he had the decency to ogi in my game to avoid getting lynched. Then he wants to get away with the vio.
If this report was against people like yoyo who are not mod or don't have mod friends, then it would be an ogi vio without any discussion. But since if is a mod, they have to find ways to no vio it. Besides, a mod should not receive a note. They are the first users who we expect to follow rules.
It's just my opinion on it; I feel as though it being a red heart means a certain amount of leniency should be introduced. However, I'm sure there are other mods that disagree. I feel as though ultimately you would be best waiting from an admin response on this thread.
