Chocolate Truffles

3 tbsp heavy cream
100g dark chocolate
cocoa powder

Heat the heavy cream in the microwave until it's pretty hot, probably like, a minute, maybe two.

Add the chocolate, broken into small pieces, and let them sit in the cream for one minute.

Stir the cream and chocolate together. If there are still chunks of chocolate, put the mixture into the microwave on 10 second bursts, stirring well each time, until the chocolate is fully melted.

Put the ganache (that's what you call this chocolate and cream mixture) into the fridge until cool and slightly firm, probably like an hour.

Roll the ganache into balls and roll it in the cocoa powder. Bam you're done.

Feel free to mix it up, too.

You can add stuff to the cream like instant coffee, sriracha, or mint.

You can use different kinds of chocolate (you'll need more chocolate, though, depending on the variety).

You can use other liquids; Eggnog white chocolate truffles are pretty tasty, for example. Sometimes I'll boil down orange juice 'til it's concentrated and use that.

You can roll it in different stuff, like crushed nuts or coarse sugar. Or, you could dip the truffles in melted, tempered chocolate.

I make like, 100 or so of these guys every year for the holidays.

i call this one chicken and beans

- chicken

- beans

u can also shake that up a bit if u like. often i will substitute the chicken for sausages, which is also good. or there recently i got these 6 like half pound burgers, readily uh spiced or whatever, and i cooked them and a bunch of beans and ate it and i nearly died but it was real good. breaded chicken goujons tho usually, but breaded chicken steaks work p good also

or sometimes when i come home drunk i will just eat cold beans and wake up in the morning and there's a trail of beans for me to remember my adventures by. also good, would recommend
