How to post pictures on the lobby?

I can't for the life of me figure out how to post pictures on the lobby wall. The coding style for embedding images in profiles and forum posts doesn't seem to work, and I've tried HTML image coding as well. Could somebody please inform me of how to post images? Thanks.
