Here's why he didn't throw: It was only auto win for town if they lynched the mafia in the doc claims. the coptor did not know who was mafia in the cop claims. Therefore, it was not an auto-win situation for town. He just fosed the wrong person and voted incorrectly. It was Not GT, nor was it autowin for town.
