Hipfired with gun rather than kill the oracle who said to shoot him or her. This hipfire directly led to the townies believing novae to be maf and lynched him or her under that belief, which led to a mafia win the following night. So I don't know if this exactly constitutes as game-throwing, but I felt like it is, and thus reported as such.
