It clearly states in the rules that HC includes 'Any form of severe or excessive hate speech or hateful language based on race, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, mental capabilities, and other personal circumstances'.

If calling me a f-cking autistic c-nt doesn't come under that then what the Hell does? How can you let him off with a warning? WTF?
