Spamming. Making the game unplayable, not by repeating the same message but for talking a lot in different lines in all caps. If this isn't a rule, make it so.
This isn't spamming, and it's not against the rules. The few repeated messages that were there didn't disrupt the game in any way. If you dont' enjoy his play style then avoid him.
dude you are annoying as all hell, if anything you need to be given a warning. your gameplay is annoying and unplayable and you've been asked on a number of occasions to cut it out
