I'm more reporting him in general than for the game I played with him (723044), just because he tries to win every game with an "I only ever tell the truth" meta device. I explained to him that this was a gamebreaking strategy and obviously outside of the rules, but he resolved to keep using it, and doled out abuse on everyone else for not using it as well. He needs to be told by a mod, or he's not going to learn.
