[APPEAL] http://www.epicmafia.com/report/47749
"He was confirmed mafia when he "game threw." He should have waited until doc claimed. but he was confirmed either way."
------ I'm going to have to appeal this report because he wasn't confirmed for shit, it's an outright gamethrow and I'm surprised that I even have to break it down for you.
First off, in Classic Mafia with 6 players alive going into the night, it's an extremely commonly known mafia strategy for Mafia to choose to "No kill" in hopes of being "fake-cleared" or having doc out themselves. The outcome of no kill on a 6 player mylo situation PROVES NOTHING. Hence WHY I "forced" the sac.
Secondly, the way you ruled this report shows that you are assuming 2 things: 1) You are assuming that everyone will without question automatically believe that it was a doc save rather than an NK.... ( even the real cop himself didn't assume this). 2) You are also assuming I wouldn't CC doc- something you have no right to assume given my partner outright game threw by claiming mafia right at the start of the D2.
Lastly, you are essentially saying you are OK with a player giving up when things don't go exactly the way they want it to go, yet it's still crystal clear that no one is confirmed and it is not autoloss. Please do not indirectly encourage players that giving up is OK when things don't go perfect for them.
LetzShake- What projectmatt said. His CC being actually doc saved is something ONLY graveyard vision can confirm. With the possibility of an NK and potential doctor CC's claiming different saves, it would've easily been up in the air for grabs, except he chose to toss it/deny me the opportunity to play it out by throwing in the towel immediately D2 without even remotely attempting to give it a shot. He was not 'confirmed' mafia at any point.
