Crytpo, I was the second cop claim in the game; do you really think cop would not have CC'd someone claiming with a guilty? All I had was faster WPM, which allowed me to get in before the guy who was the legit cop claimed.

He's probably telling the truth. Go do your mod thing and write forcing the real cop to claim by claiming cop as blue in a game with no doc as poor play.

Additionally, I've run interference/gambits as town before. Although due to being gone for 10 or so months and only playing intermittantly since returning, I don't exactly have a large pool of games to show as examples. You'd have to talk to some people who play with me often.

FMPOV, with Shady claiming Guilty, there were 2 scenarios.
1) Scum claiming guilty to sacrifice for cop
2) Cop had guilty

Therefore, I claimed cop to see what would happen. 99% of EM would CC someone claiming with a guilty, without thinking, so I felt it would be best to run some interference for him due to lack of a protective role.

With 3rd cop claim, and shady's retraction, I was going to start hunting to see if shady was cop retracting to let a blue take fire (which I've done with Atikur in a game, albit it was orc/blue) or if shady was scum retracting to get town to lynch between two townies. Mostly, I needed more information as to what he was going to post AFTER his retraction.

And trigger finger shooting is detrimental to games- no need to shoot a gun in haste. Letting things develop is much better.

Town won anyway. Keifru claims that it wasn't gamethrowing and that the BP should've waited for more developments before shooting. I don't see how anyone in his right mind would do what Keifru did but whatever.
