Does not claim to uncc'd cop as vig and forces town into a near unwinnable game with a mislynch. Acts like a fool and doesn't allow the more optimal vig cc lynch.
in FT i prefer doc to out over cop/vig its much less likely to get CC'd and is the least useful of the PR's besides doc is on random most games so it being hooked doesnt matter
