[Appeal] http://www.epicmafia.com/report/27776 In this appeal I am not asking you to look at Lindsay's behavior, I'm over that. There are two other two issues I do ask you to examine. If that cannot be done with one report (it can) I will file a second. Day2 Rocky (mafia) offers to use his youtube account as a guise test (ogi) and Day3 talks about nothing but giving +k to other players, alive and dead (dead after he noticed he has been negged by the graveyard) as a "guise test", which in reality was an appeal to other players for favor. Whether these tests have a noted effect or not, they were a part of the game and influenced the action. Rocky's comments, while frequent, are not related to the action of the game at hand. The second issue is the play of Hibiki (I would like Dave to comment because I do not believe this was him playing). Hibiki suggests that he will guise test me on information from the mod forums (clear OGI). Even if the test did not continue, a player cannot use OGI to reaction test either. Hibiki continued to push on me as guised. The behavior of Hibiki day3, as the cop, was not to team up with the clear to lynch mafia. It can be defined more as "trollish". Very little effort was put into scumhunting. Note the part where Hibiki offers to +k Rocky when considering what I've written above. At the end of the day, Hibiki has a choice to lynch between his clear and an unclear, but instead forces a nl into what is town autoloss. That is gamethrowing behavior. Forcing a nl in that situation cannot be seen as playing to Hibiki's win condition, nor is Hibiki's play that day appropriate. It is frustrating to me that all of the issues were not viewed carefully during my first report but I expect them to be carefully considered here.

its funny cuz Hibiki actually GT'd, and this time he is only literally getting out of it because he is Dave, not a doubt.

I don't know how you could have known the other player was town. Shouldn't you have hammered on him just to be safe? The lack of a hammer vote represents not a gamethrow but the same irresponsbile/trollish behavior that allowed the cross in the first place. Guiser being a broken role has nothing to do with it. Even the hint of a guise test on the mod forum is outrageous because any non-mod doesn't have access to that information and is a clear use of private information to gain an advantage over the user base. The introduction of it to the game is certainly OGI. Regardless, I am still concerned that Rocky's gameplay was almost entirely non-game related and employed OGI appeals himself multiple times.

finally, letting lindsay + whoever cross was my mistake, i kind of just let it happen instead of intervening like i wanted to which was poor play. but the forced NL was definitely not gamethrowing since i knew wed lost anyway

guise testing on common memory isnt OGI. i would never ask you to go look at the forums, id ask you to recite stuff from memory, just like asking about previous conversations. you can technically look at chat logs in the same manner but its not done because we arent tools

I forced NL on the final day because I knew it was a town/town cross and was going for the scumveg and not lose strat which is totally legit

Nor is it relevant that Hibiki voted no one when two townies were crossed. The forced nl is representitive of the overall irresponsible/trollish behavior that allowed mafia to manipulate that lynch. Meanwhile, Rocky had very few if any comments that were related to the events of the game. Most were "this setup is confusing" and "+k me" with a bit of "you can use my youtube account to guise test me if you want".

mm i specifically singled out lindsay's behavior because that's specifically what you were reporting while also looking at hibiki's behavior which i did not see as rule breaking, i will examine your other comments though
