Pretty much is an overstatement. Crypto never asked them once to stop, so how would Nastar even know it was bothering him? If he's not gay then he could have just been ignoring it, and if he is, then the same. But either way, Nastar was never asked to stop, so he would have no way of knowing it offended crypto. In addition, the only offensive comments I did find were about calling him gay, everything else was not harassment.
