[APPEAL]: Are you kidding me? I didn't give him enough time before I reported it? I made this report AFTER the game was over. Why don't you actually look at the game and look at the time the report was made? I want this looked overby another mod because he has done this once before. I would rather give the community violation for "Harassment" since we usually avoid giving game violations for sandbox. Either works since they're both warnings, so overturned to Minor Harassment.

Vote to overturn to minor harassment. Another mod will have to vote on this and decide whether to sustain or overturn... To the next mod, if you don't feel like it warrants a minor harassment violation, I still think you should overturn to at least a note, just so there's a record of it in case he persists in spreading this non-sense.

Hrm, ok. I think what OhSnap meant was that generally speaking harassment violations are only given after a person is made aware they're personally offending you and then continue to persist. Technically this is really more or less trolling, but trolling is unmoderated in sandbox as are other game violations. But, spouting off a bunch of shit about 9/11 and Catholics is fairly fucking offensive, not to mention a violation of the terms of service. I also think it's fairly obvious when you called him a retard, and also when you said in the beginning of the game 'can we not,' that you wanted him to stop. Even though it's a game-level violation, minor harassment is probably the best that fits, plus we've given it in lieu of the normal harassment violation for sandbox before.
